What if we just skip the dashboards today.

Why do we let sales and marketing check their insights from dashboards in some tools they usually only check once a month?

Let’s put the data directly where they work with it – into the CRMs, the ad platforms, the customer success management tools.

This is the promise of operational analytics. Create syncs back into the tools where the teams are doing their daily jobs.

How does it work? What do you need to do? Is the CDP now in the data warehouse?

About all these questions we talked in our 3. edition of the MarTech Rumble. Philipp Baron Freytag von Loringhoven and me – just after we ventured through the waters of consent the last time – we looked into reversed ETL pipelines.

Here is the recording – Sorry for the bad audio at some points – Philipp had connection issues: https://youtu.be/BxFbegtS-Wk
