An idea for a new interesting Saas Metric

I need your help to find a good metric name.

I have an idea for a new interesting Saas Metric:

My gut feeling tells me that we highly overestimate the utilisation of our Saas tools. Saas is easy to start, easy to test and easy to subscribe (like your local fitness studio).

But it takes a lot effort to really utilise a Saas within a company.

So it would interesting to calculate this metric for your Saas business:
% of MRR of non-utilised accounts. The non-utilised needs to be defined. It could also be clustered (never-logged in, used it 1-2 times,…).

This metric is your revenue risk metric – or it goes into your churn risk category. But I like it a bit more than “% of accounts are at risk of churn” because it’s more tangible for me.

Now we need a name for it:
Shadow-revenue rate Rate
Under utilised revenue Rate

Not really great. Any better ideas? Please add them to the comments.
